HTC Desire 530 Headed to the U.S. Unlocked; Verizon and T-Mobile as Well

Earlier this year, HTC made the Desire 530 official, alongside a few other Desire-branded devices. Now now it’s coming to the United States.

And now HTC has officially announced that the Desire 530 is headed to the United States beginning this month, both in an unlocked variant, as well as versions for both T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. T-Mobile, for its part, has confirmed that the device will launch on July 13 for $0 down and 24 monthly payments of $6.67. T-Mobile’s full retail price will be $159.99.

The unlocked variant will retail for $179.

As far as specs go, the Desire 530 features a 5-inch 720p display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, and 1.5GB of RAM, It also boasts an 8-megapixel camera on the back, and a 5MP front-facing shooter. There’s 16GB of built-in storage with a microSD card slot, a battery measured in at 2200mAh, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
