epaid is becoming quite a popular option for mobile users these days— why wouldn’t it? It keeps you autonomous from any mobile company, you can hop between carriers when a new phone hits the market that strikes your fancy. l the major carriers already have their own pay-as-you-go variants, now Sprint is exping its “As You Go” offerings with an even cheaper plan.

ans will start at $45-a-month for unlimited talk text with no data, or $60-a-month plan for unlimited talk texting, plus 2.5GB a month of data. (That plan limits video streaming to 3G speeds.)

Sprint is well-known for the prepaid carriers that piggyback off of its network—think Boost Mobile Virgin Mobile A. But Sprint epaid, which initially debuted last year, is designed specifically for those who want to stay committed to Sprint, but don’t want to bother with a credit check or other spending limits. Customers can pay in advance for a device for each individual month of service without dealing with a monthly bill.

As an added bonus, you can nab a 3G-only Motorola Moto G, 4G-capable Samsung Galaxy S III, or Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini as part of the package. Sprint epaid customers can also participate in the company’s Buyback program for account credits.
